What we collect

This website doesn't have accounts, a shop basket or a contact form, and it doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, phone call or text message, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address or phone number, and your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange the sale and delivery of artwork you've asked about, and to keep basic records of sales as the law requires. We don't sell or share your details with anyone, except where it's needed to deliver your order (for example, a courier) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or purchase, and sales records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you at any time by emailing trendyartuk@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk.

Third-party services

The WhatsApp, email, call and text buttons open the app on your own device. When you use them, that service's own privacy policy applies.
